The Privacy Policy sets out the rules regarding the processing of personal data and the collection, processing and use of information about Users.

User – a natural or legal person, or an organisational unit without legal personality, using the website www.recyclingpcb.com/en.

How we process your data

The Controller processes personal data of the User for the following purposes:

  • (a) analysing traffic on the website www.recyclingpcb.com/en using Google Analytics, based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (User consent);
  • (b) advertising purposes, based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent of the data subject).

Data recipients

The Controller may transfer data to entities providing services to the Controller (IT company, hosting provider, accounting and HR office).
The recipient of data collected through Google Analytics is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, with which we have concluded a data processing agreement.
In connection with the possible transfer of data outside the EEA, Google applies standard contractual clauses and participates in the “EU–US Data Privacy Framework”.
